摘要

A new method was proposed for the determination of Cd (II) using nanometer sized TiO2 (anatase) as solid phase extractant and detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy (GFAAS). The adsorption and desorption behavior of nanometer TiO2 towards Cd (II) was investigated. It was found that the adsorption fraction of Cd (II) was 97% at pH 8.0 and the elution with 3.0 mol/L HCl was sufficient for Cd(II). The detection limit(3 sigma) was 10.6 ng/L and RSD was 1.5% (n = 7, C = 2.0 mu g/L). The preconcentration factor was 50. The method was applied to the determination of Cd (II) in environmental samples and satisfactory results were obtained.
