摘要
Light scattering spectra at the wavelength of excitation and fluorescence spectra of water and highly diluted aqueous media were measured. Long-term (several hours and/or days) changes in the spectral parameters after shaking, ultraviolet irradiation, and other actions on the aqueous medium were detected. It was found that melt water is significantly more sensitive to physical actions and adding various compounds.
