摘要

In order to analyze gas flow noise in the chamber of rolling piston compressors, an effective method was presented based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Through the flow simulation of pump chamber by using dynamics mesh technology, the vortexes with larger turbulence intensity were found, and the location and mechanism of vortexes formation were analyzed. Then the amplitude and frequency of vibration excitation were evaluated in accordance with the gas force on the wall, resulted from CFD. The comparative results of with and without silencer hole explain the principle of noise reduction, and validate the method. The proposal was provided to control the flow and noise in the chamber.
