摘要
A new galloyl glucoside, 2,6-di-O-acetyl 1-O-galloyl beta-D-glucose (1), along with five known phenolic compounds were isolated from the whole plants of Lotus corniculatus. Their structures were elucidated by means of extensive spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 was assessed for its cytotoxicity against five human tumour lines (HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW-480), and the result showed that it had no activity. [GRAPHICS] .
