摘要

Authors analyzed chemical reaction mechanism of epoxy asphalt and increasing characterization of strength. Based on increasing rules of viscosity of epoxy asphalt system in solidification process, time-temperature model of strength was conducted and influence of content of additive on strength increasing was analyzed. Based on equivalent temperature cure experiment, strength equation parameters were soluted and strength of natural cure was predicted by using strength equation. Results show that theoretical prediction agrees well with practice on epoxy asphalt mixture strength; increase of viscosity of combined material system results in change of increasing of mixture strength; the method can be used to predict strength of epoxy asphalt mixtures paved on bridge deck in practice and determine practical cure period and opening traffic time.
