摘要

A sensitive and selective H2O2 electrochemical sensor based on graphene-polyacrylamide (G-PAM) composites was developed. Graphene (G) was synthesised via the electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide, and then PAM films were electrosynthesised on G modified glassy carbon electrode to prepare G-PAM. A novel H2O2 sensor was obtained by immobilising horseradish peroxidase (HRP) into the G-PAM via the hydrogen bonding between PAM and HRP. The as prepared H2O2 sensor exhibited high sensitivity, selectivity and reproducibility in the determination of H2O2, which was attributed to the introduction of G to this sensor. Also in this paper, the apparent Michaelis-Menten constant of HRP was calculated.
