Coupled microwave heating moving objects were considered to be too complicated to be modeled mathematically. In addition, researchers need large amount of computational time to solve the problem. To address this problem, according to the relativity principle of motion, we present a numerical method for coupled microwave heating process and heat transfer simultaneously of moving objects. To illustrate the method, we present its application to a rotating potato coupled by microwave heating and hot-air simultaneously. The method is convenient and less computational time but satisfy accuracy and also suitable for combined with electromagnetic stirring device simultaneously. Practical applicationsCoupled microwave heating moving objects were considered to be too complicated modeled mathematically and the computation was also extremely time-consuming. This paper present a method for coupled microwave heating process and heat transfer simultaneously of moving objects. Using this method could predict the temperature distribution of microwave coupled heating process quickly and satisfy accuracy.
