摘要
A complex solid-state organometallic La(2)CuGlyNH(4)NO(3) precursor of a layered La2CuO4 perovskite has been synthesized and studied. It has been shown that such a precursor is capable of ignition and burning to produce oxide phases. The combustion process can occur in two regimes: the volume combustion synthesis (VCS) and the self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS). Phase composition of the combustion products has been studied by physicochemical methods (infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy). It was found that uncalcined as-synthesized product from the SHS regime is a well-defined crystalline La2CuO4 phase.
