Deformation Formation of Nanostructured Composites on the Surface of 16 Aluminium Alloy

摘要

Influence-of the ultrasonic impact treatment (UIT) in-an-inert environment on the structure, phase composition and micromechanical properties of composite coatings fabricated by implantation of dispersed nickel and titan particles to the surface layers of the aluminium alloy D16 is studied. Both the mechanochemical reaction of intermetallic-compounds' formation and the process of the nanostructurizing of deformation composite runoff directly under the UIT action. The maximum effect of surface strengthening is of congruent to 250%.
