摘要

The platinum disk electrode was modified with copper-Prussian blue electrochemically, which shows an electrochemical catalytic activity to nitrite. Nitrite in KCl electrolyte solution on the modified electrode gives out reversible redox peaks at 0.695 V and 0.640 V. Nitrite was oxidized or reduced catalytically with adsorption on the electrode surface. The experimental conditions such as solution pH, quiet time, accumulation time, concentration of nitrite were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the anodic peak current in the CV curve is proportional to the logarithm of nitrite concentration in the range of 3.3 x 10(-11) M-3.3 x 10(-4) M. The method was applied to the determination of nitrite in waste water and pickling solution with reasonable results as 2.37x10(-9) M and 2.297 x 10(-7) M (RDE < 6.1% and recovery in 97-105%), respectively.
