摘要

The hierarchical teaching mode breaks through the traditional sports skills teaching, which has a positive effect on improving the teaching quality of college students' table tennis elective course. In view of this, an empirical study on the application of the hierarchical model in the elective course of table tennis teaching was made in this paper. First of all, the students in the elective course of table tennis were divided into groups, and the teaching sequence was studied. Secondly, the evaluation of table tennis elective course based on the hierarchical model was carried out. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of table tennis elective course was conducted. The results show that the hierarchical model can improve the table tennis skills of students with different physical qualities.
