摘要
A GIS software tool was developed, adapted and tested within the EU-project SHARE. The tool allows the determination of the hydro power potential of a region in a structured and quick way. The tool has been developed by the Italian research company RSE. The test has been performed in the catchment area of the river Murz which is a tributary of the river Mur. The determination of the hydro power potential was successfully validated by the comparison with sites of existing hydro power plants.
