摘要

Flow field in a closed-loop vehicle climate wind tunnel is simulated with computational fluid dynamics. The results show that when simulating the air pressure of blower with closed duct and fan boundary condition, a minimum calculation error of nozzle outlet velocity can be obtained and turbulence model has little effects on calculation results, while ignoring the thickness of flow-guiding vane may affect the calculation of flow resistance at corner areas, leading to larger calculation error of nozzle outlet velocity. Analyses indicate the optimal suction ratio of boundary layer horizontal suction system is around 1.0 and under corresponding suction ratio, the boundary layer in test section can get effective control with higher accuracy of numerical simulation on boundary layer thickness.
