摘要

Model predictive control (MPC) is a kind of novel control algorithm which is based on the model of the controlled system. This method can predict the future state of the system, and the optimal control variables can be obtained by the rolling optimization, and it has excellent performances and with hard robustness. In the traditional flux weakening control method based on the voltage closed-loop control strategy, the performances of the system are usually affected by the coefficients of the PI regulators and the accuracy of motor parameters. A novel flux weakening method based on MPC is proposed in this paper to solve these problems. The implementation process of the proposed method is described in detail. By optimization this method is suitable for the real-time control of motor. The experimental results prove that the MPC method has a quick response and with hard robustness. MPC method have better performances than PI method against load disturbance, and it's very suitable for the induction motor flux-weakening control in high-performance occasions.
