摘要

The validity for evaluating coal mine safety depends on the weight of each evaluation index, and therefore this paper introduces the pessimistic coefficient on the basis of the index system and the interval number judgment matrix, which improves and optimizes analytic model of interval number level. By increasing constraints, it also offers the construction of the interval number judgment matrix which aims at satisfying the requirements of consistency approximation as well as calculation methods of the matrix A (x) and half-deviation matrix Δand so on. On the one hand, the authors work out the weight for evaluation index of coal mine safety through solving the weight problems of interval reciprocal judgment matrix with risk appetite;on the other hand, in order to verify the reasonableness of the conclusions of this study the authors provide a new approach for evaluating coal mine safety which will play an important guiding significance in coal mine safety production in the future.
