A study on immune-based neural network algorithm for fast evaluation of flood disaster

摘要

The result of disaster evaluation is not only the basis for decision-making to control flood but also the important guideline to judge flood control effect. In this paper, an immune algorithm based radial base function neural network algorithm, called IA-RBF algorithm, is proposed to evaluate quickly flood disaster. We introduce the method and optimization process of the IA-RBF. Also, we demonstrate superiority of the IA-RBF by comparing it with BP neural network model and grey relational analysis. Finally, we prove the feasibility of the IA-RBF by practical application.
