摘要

A new promising mimetic peroxidase, iron-tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine (FeTSPC), has been synthesized and applied to the determination of hydrogen peroxide based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (p-HPPA). Under optimum conditions, the calibration graph has a linear range of 0.0x10(-6)-3.6x10(-6) mol/l hydrogen peroxide with a detection limit of 1.3x10(-8) mol/l in a 30 min reaction period. Application of the system to the determination of glucose shows a linear range 0.0x10(-6)-6.0x10(-6) mol/l and a detection limit of 3.1x10(-8) mol/l. The feasibility of FeTSPC as a new mimetic peroxidase in practical clinical analysis has been proven in the determination of glucose in human serum.
