摘要
In order to address the problems in every aspect of resources and environments properly, the principles of accurate designs and countermeasures must be worked out for the design of houses and environments. The accurate designs mean the accurate extraction of different kinds of factors, including the accurate analysis of mutual actions and interactions of factors, fine integration of factors, and accurate description and expression in accordance with fine rules and standards. Different terms are suggested for the design intension, attribute, basis, usage and value of all kinds of accurate designs.
