摘要

The structure of a cellulose-decomposing bacterial association was described using phenotypic and phylogenetic characteristics. Based on their morphological, physiological, and biochemical characteristics, the bacteria isolated from the association were identified as Sporocytophaga sp., Xanthomonas sp, and Pseudomonas sp. The phylogenetic analysis based on comparison of 16S rRNA gene fragments obtained from the association revealed six bacterial species belonging to the clusters of Alcaligenes sp., Ochrobactrum sp., Sphingomonas sp., Achromobacter sp., Pseudomonas sp., and Flexibacteriaceae (Sporocytophaga).
