摘要

Exposure of rice to high SO2 levels caused chlorophyll loss and increased peroxidase activity. The leaf transmittance spectra of three rice varieties were measured at different growth stages to select the characteristic wavebands. In order to estimate the impacts of SO2 on rice chlorophyll and peroxidase activity via transmittance spectra prediction models, it is necessary to develop and validate transmittance spectra vegetation indices which were calculated by utilizing transmittance spectra characteristic wavebands. Some indices called blue/yellow/red/ edge transmissivity spectra ratio of the difference vegetation indices (BTI/YTI/BTI) were calculated using selected characteristic wavebands. The chlorophyll content and peroxidase activity had more significant correlations (P < 0.01) to these indices than to single characteristic waveband. Variation coefficients of correlations coefficients were reduced and less than 10% using these vegetation indices except for the correlation coefficients between peroxidase activity and three indices (YTI570.75, BTI and RTI). Regression analysis indicted that YTI653.52, YTI644.36, YTI630.61 YTI609.94 and YTI594.97 were the good predictors indicator estimating peroxidase activity and chlorophyll content, and YTI663.24 was proved an effective method to estiamte chlorophyll content with liner regression models.
