摘要

The interfacial microstructure and reaction between PMN and NiCuZn investigated by scanning electron microscopy and XRD respectively played an important role in the interfacial development and the performance of the corresponding devices. In order to improve the characteristic of interface of the ferrite and relaxes ferroelectrics, adding appropriate amount of Bi2O3 into NiCuZn and adjusting the co-firing temperature are effective ways, which can be seen from SEM images resulted from the experiment, and will give a good theoretical direction to the future study of new co-firing material systems.
