A Time-domain Frequency Offset Estimator for Wireless OFDM Network

For the wireless OFDM network, frequency synchronization is one of the most important technologies. In this paper, the OFDM intercarrier interference (ICI) is discussed, and a time-domain frequency offset estimator for the wireless OFDM Network is presented. The results of simulation prove the error mean of the time-domain frequency offset estimator is lower than the typical method widely applied to existing Wi-Fi network, and the variance of that is close to the typical method widely applied to existing Wi-Fi network.
