The optimization problems during the production scheduling and manufacturing process are analyzed from the view of cost control,system requirements and structure.The optimization and decision model and its solution for multi-profile,tapered,multi-species combination of material are proposed.The optimization and decision model and its solution for not fully consistent multi-species production lines operating schedule are also suggested,and the machines with sequence dependent setup time scheduling optimization of production model with solution are also given.Furthermore,the architecture of agile manufacturing process optimization and manufacturing execution systems is constructed in the paper.
