摘要
New layered vanadium oxide tubules VO2.45(C2H5)(0.30) were synthesized hydrothermally from the ethanol-V2O5.nH(2)O gel composite for 3-6 days at (170 +/- 10)degreesC. The outer diameters of the tubules were 1.5-2.0 mum; the interlayer spacing was (14.30 +/- 0.05) Angstrom. The X-ray photoelectron spectra, IR spectra, electrical conductivity, and thermal properties of the tubules were studied.
