PMSM has been widely used in the electric vehicle. However, the motor may have low frequency concussion due to the parameters of PMSM, or the parameters of controller, or the external interference. In order to improve the dynamic quality of three-phase PMSM speed control system and suppress the phenomenon of low frequency concussion, a reliable sliding mode speed controller based on proportional switching function is proposed. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of proposed PSF-SMSC (Proportional Switching Function - Sliding Mode Speed Controller) compared with PI (Proportional Integral) speed controller and ERL-SMSC (Exponential Reaching Law Sliding Mode Speed Controller). Finally, related experiments are carried out.
