摘要

Electronic word-of-mouth of online product has increasingly aroused researchers'; recognition in the era of Web 2.0. This research focuses on the study of multi-affections of online product reviews. A classification system of consumers'; multi-affection expression is established on the basis of analysis of consumers'; multi-affection. The affective lexis fuzzy ontology is constructed mainly through the fuzzy membership function and then a tagging system is designed. Based on the above system, a multi-affective fuzzy corpus is built. Then a multi-affective fuzzy computing algorithm of online product reviews (MFCA-OPR) is proposed based on the ambiguous language qualifier operators in fuzzy theory. Finally an application example is given to testify the algorithm.
