摘要

Polyaniline (PANI) films doped with hydrochloric acid have been electrochemically deposited on mirrorlike platinum electrode surfaces by a cyclic voltammogram method. The Raman spectra of doped PANI films were investigated by excitation with a 633- or 785-nm laser beam. It was found that the overall features of the Raman spectra depend strongly on the film thickness, due mainly to that the doping level of PANI film increases during the film-growth process. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic (XPS) analysis and ultraviolet (UV)-visible absorption spectrum results also confirmed this finding.
