摘要

First, the conditions of the modern multi-pump design theory were introduced, the category of the general sense and special sense was defined, and the design criteria and optimization goals of the special operating mode design were cleared. According to the proportion of time of the specific dual-use self-priming pump sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation, the optimization design method of the dual-use self-priming pump working condition was established base on the optimization target of minimizing the total energy consumption. On this basis, the entire possible performance curve was obtained according to the traditional design method of prediction. To meet the design goals of the two conditions, according to the influence of the volute to the pump performance, further adjustments were completed to the design of the volute. The numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the design of the self-priming pump and the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software was used. The analysis results show that when the pump is in operation, streamline distribution and pressure distribution are uniform, which meets the design requirements of the large flow rate drip irrigation and low flow rate sprinkler irrigation, and the external characteristic curve meet the design requirements, therefore, the design of sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation dual-use self-priming pump meet the design requirements.
