摘要

Precise missile defense system (PMDS) is a precise attack weapon under complicated circumstance, while bistatic radar is a critical part in the PMDS. The configuration of bistatic radar influences the system's performance greatly. Some popular bistatic radars can be used in the PMDS, such as airborne bistatic radar and ground-based bistatic radar. However, they all have disadvantages. In this paper, the application of hybrid airborne and ground-based bistatic radar (HA-GBR) is studied, and the one-dimension range imaging of impulse-compressed HA-GBR is simulated, meanwhile, the missile state equation and measurement equation are established by using Kalman filtering principle. Finally, the clutter characteristic is analyzed through the simulation of clutter in the missile launching. The simulation results demonstrate that the impulse-compressed HA-GBR can be used in PMDS, and a proper parameter configuration is needed because the clutter characteristic varies for different configuration.
