摘要
Lysine heated in wet MeOH at high-temperature was smoothly and efficiently converted to 2-aminocaprolactam, which is recognized as a potential intermediate for the preparation of bioactive compounds. The obtained 2-aminocaprolactam underwent very rapid racemization under these conditions. A kinetic study of the reaction was performed.
