摘要

Phase distribution within an annular channel is desired to know in many industrial systems, such as cooling systems. Electrical Resistance Tomography is a promising nondestructive measurement technique to achieve this task with the advantages of low cost, high speed and safety. However, due to its high non-linear character, its spatial resolution is low, and the commonly used iterative non-linear algorithms are computational intensive. In the paper, a fast non-linear algorithm is presented. The forward problem is solved using the Hybrid BEM/FEM method. The inverse problem is solved using Levenberg-Marquardt method. After several numerical experiments, the algorithm is proved to be fast and precise.
