摘要
A new anthraquinone, 2,5,8-trihydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone (1), was isolated from the roots of Morinda officinalis together with two anthraquinones, 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone (2) and anthragallol-1,3-dimethylether (3), and two iridoids, ningpogenin (4) and monotropein methyl ester (5). The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D, 2D NMR, HR-MS, and IR. This is the first report of compounds 2-5 from the genus Morinda.
