摘要

A new 3d-4f bimetallic coordination polymer {[Ce2Cu3(oda)(6) (H2O)(3)]center dot 4H(2)O}(n) (1) (H(2)oda = oxydiacetic acid) has been hydrothremally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, magnetism, fluorescence, and EPR spectroscopies. The compound crystallizes in hexagonal crystal system, space group P-62c (no. 190). In 1, the Ce3+ ion is nine coordinated with six carboxylate O atoms and three ether O atoms from three oxydiacetate (oda(2-)) ligands in a tricapped trigonal prismatic geometry, while the Cu2+ ion is five coordinated by the remaining outer carboxylate O atoms from four oda(2-) and one aqua ligand in a distorted square-pyramid configuration. The Ce3+ ions and Cu2+ ions are connected by the carboxyl groups of the oda(2-), thus leading to the formation of a highly ordered 3D hexagonal channel frameworks. The photoluminescent, EPR, and magnetic properties of the title complex also have been investigated.
