摘要
In view of the cracking occurs in the subframe of a car in road test, its structure is modified, and FEM is adopted to conduct a fatigue life analysis on subframe before and after modification with a bench test carried out for verification. The results show that the fatigue life of modified structure meets the design requirements of fatigue life with fatigue failure no longer happens in road test.
