A new fossil buprestid, Trapezitergum grande Yu, Slipinski et Shih, gen. et sp. nov., from the Early Cretaceous Yixian Formation of Liutiaogou Village, Tianyi County, Inner Mongolia, China, is described and placed in the subfamily Buprestinae.
