摘要

LiNbO(3) formation in the Li(2)CO(3)-Nb(2)O(5) system has been studied by thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry with the aim of gaining insight into the mechanisms of solid-state reactions underlying the synthesis of single-phase lithium niobate.
