摘要

The new Guangzhou library is a structure of inclined-closure frame. Numerical simulation analysis of the construction process of the library was conducted using finite element method (FEM) to obtain the histories of internal force, normal stress, shear stress and deformation of the structure with the development of construction conditions. The numerical results showed that the internal forces and lateral deformation of the structure are significantly different from those of the conventional regular-shaped structures. The effects of shrinkage and creep of the concrete on the internal force and lateral deformation of the structure are significant.
