摘要
Using the approximately volume-limited Luminous Red Galaxy (LRG) sample of SDSS DR6, we perform comparative studies of the distributions of various physical properties between the member galaxies of LRG groups and isolated LRGs. It is found that the correlation between the luminosity and the environment still exists in the LRG sample, but the colors, morphologies, and structural parameter of the LRGs are nearly independent of the local density.
