摘要

A low-sidelobe-level (SLL) and wideband series-fed linear dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) array is presented. To enhance the impedance bandwidth of the DRA element, feeding rings under the DRA are used and slot windows are etched on the ground plane. A Chebyshev amplitude distribution is used to get a low SLL. To improve the antenna gain and increase the front-to-back ratio of the array, a reflector plane is placed at the back of the array. The proposed DRA array is fabricated and measured, and the structure and performances of the antenna array are presented and discussed in this letter.
