摘要

Ultrasound-assisted extraction of six pyrethrin active compounds: cinerin I, pyrethrin I, jasmolin I, cinerin II, pyrethrin II and jasmolin II from Dalmatian pyrethrum (Tanacetum cinerariifolium/Trevir.Sch. Bip.) flowers is reported. The extraction procedure was optimized with regard to the solvent type, the quantity of plant material, the volume of extraction solvent, the extraction time and the temperature. The analytes in pyrethrum flower extracts were identified and quantitatively determined by HPLC-DAD. The best extraction efficiency was obtained using 0.25 g of plant material, 5 ml of acetone for 60 min at a temperature of 50 degrees C. The method showed a good linearity (r(2) %26gt; 0.9964), high repeatability (RSD %26lt; 5.0%) and good reproducibility (RSD %26lt; 14.0%). The recoveries ranged between 89.9 and 103.1%. The method developed was applied for the quantitative analysis of six pyrethrin active components present in wild Dalmatian pyrethrum populations.
