摘要

A new fluorescent ratio chemosensor (Dansyl-Cys-Pro-Pro-Cys-Trp-NH2) for metal ions has been synthesized via Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis. The interactions of the peptide with metal ions were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. Results showed that it showed high selectivity toward Cd2+ over other commonly coexistent metal ions. The peptide has the advantages of specific recognition to Cd2+, a good water-soluble and a fast response. The peptide tightly binds to Cd2+ with the binding constant of 3.0x10(11) L-2.mol(-2) and the detection limit of 11.5 nmol.L-1.
