摘要
An occurrence of Palaeohelcura tridactyla Gilmore 1926 arthropod tracks is described in inter-lava sediments, comprising mudstones and siltstones, from the Ochil Volcanic Formation, Arbuthnott-Garvock Group, Pragian Stage, Lower Devonian, at Friarton Quarry, Perth. This is believed to be the first record in Scotland of this trace fossil, which is usually interpreted as having been created by a scorpion-like arthropod.
