摘要

A distributed network control system for extended-range electric vehicle is studied. The control system consists of vehicle layer and auxiliary power unit (APU) layer. With a vehicle control unit as its core, the vehicle layer distributes the energy requirements of vehicle according to driver';s demand, while in APU layer the APU controller coordinates the operations of engine and generator, with the energy management strategies for start, stop and all normal operation conditions emphatically studied. The results of real vehicle test show that the developed system can effectively extend the electric driving range and maintain the vehicle';s power performance in low SOC condition. In addition, the most operation conditions of engine will be in high-efficiency region.
