To implement machine tool remanufacturing, thus recover and improve the equipment working ability with low cost, a process model of machine tool remanufacturing oriented to lifecycle was constructed. And then the view models of redesign, process, quality control, resource consumption and environmental impact for machine tool remanufacturing were presented to analyze the remanufacturing process. Finally, a case of machine tool C616 remanufacturing was given to illustrate the process of machine tool remanufacturing.
