摘要

This paper proposes a distributed topology computation for distributed fault localization, isolation and supply restoration (FLISR) algorithm considering switch and communication failures. The algorithm is based on local topology. By message delivered among the adjacent switches, the available capacity and routing information of power source are dynamically updated and stored in each switch. Dyeing method, reselecting a new restoration strategy, blind zone and the timeout design are proposed to solve the interference of switch and communication failures. A distribution network of Tianjin Electric Power Corporation with multiple power source, branches and ties is selected to simulate the FLISR process of the proposed algorithm. The case study shows that the algorithm can be applied to complex distribution network, and has good adaptability.
