摘要

In order to discover novel compounds used to control aphids, twenty E-beta-farnesene (EBF) analogues containing pyrazole-carboxamide were designed and synthesized with the aphid alarm pheromone EBF as the lead. Their structures were confirmed by (1)H NMR, IR and HRMS techniques. The preliminary bioassay showed that some title compounds exhibit insecticidal activity against fifth-instar Aphis craccivora Koch nymphs at 600 mg/L, especially 5a and 5k showed comparable aphicidal activity with commercial fipronil and lead (EBF), or even better than EBF. The factors influencing the activity of the compounds were discussed.
