摘要

The Electrochemical Machining (ECM) has in recent times emerged as an important advanced machining process. The improvement in machining accuracy of electrochemical machining (ECM) continues to be a major challenge for user industries. This study focuses on the development of a precision ECM Process which uses with the traditional ECM. The feasibility of the proposed process has been experimentally verified.Attempts are being made to investigate optimum process parameters such as tool hole diameter, voltage, pressure etc. keeping feedrate, conductivity constant in the experimental proposed set up. The design of experiments was done by 2k factorial designs. The experimental results were analyzed by ANOVA (analysis of variance) method and by plotting various graphs. In this paper we have analyzed how different parameters affect on the spike profile obtained during electrochemical drilling of blind hole.
