摘要

In the development process of rail vehicles for a certain urban rail network recurrent standard measurement tasks are often necessary and scheduled. The main focus is on the one hand the survey of the clearance gauge and on the other hand the evaluation of the track geometry parameters and their disturbances. Many of these tasks need to be done in a very early stage of the project or in the offer period. It is of particular importance within the measurement process in the rail network that the measurement campaign can be done without significant influence on the actual daily scheduled operation. In this paper we present a contactless, modular, track gauge independent, 3D camera and inertial navigation system based measurement system, which fulfills these requirements. Image processing routines based on fractional order spatial derivatives and fractional Hilbert transform, which are used to evaluate the recorded image data, are presented. Furthermore, some signal processing routines for spectral density estimation of the measured track irregularities, based on discrete wavelet transform and Wigner-Ville distribution, are presented.
