摘要

The forecast of the physical simulation in the current numerical control (NC) process simulation is not accurate. To resolve the problem, the theory and modeling method that can satisfy the request of the physical simulation are put forward and expounded. With this concept, helical end mills are modeled. In the course of modeling, the unitive geometry model of end mills, the accurate expressions of the blade and the simple surface model are presented. The universal equation for the different sectional helix is put forward. And it is realized with computer language. These lay the foundation of the physical simulation process that needs the coordinate of the cutting point, and the length and shape of the blade.
