In the title molecule, C(21)H(26)N(2)O(4), the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 88.4 (3)degrees. Two fairly strong intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds may, in part, influence the molecular conformation.
